Planning Application

Monte Blackburn Ltd have now applied for outline planning permission at Junction 5 M65.The plan is to build industrial units on greenbelt land.

OBJECT NOW BEFORE 11/01/24

Blackburn with Darwen reference number 10/23/1075.

Objections need to be made to planning@blackburn.gov.uk .

Please note previous objections were against the removal of the land from greenbelt status and we now need everyone to lodge a fresh objection to this official planning application.
